• Orders placed before 12 PM IST will be processed on the same or next day, while orders placed after 12 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

• Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal charge of ₹99/- will apply.

Order Processing

• Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
• After dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number for your convenience.

Delivery Partners

• We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your perfumes arrive safely and on time.
• You can track your shipment using the tracking details provided in the confirmation email.

Shipping Address

• Please double-check that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate to prevent any delays or delivery issues.
• We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
• If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Our customer service team will reach out to arrange a re-delivery or process a refund.
